Rates

Rates are per night, based on a maximum of 2 guests staying. Additional guests are charged at $50 per person per night.

1 night stay - $170

2 night stay - $150

3 night stay - $150

4 nights or more - $130

Extended Stays & Corporate Rates: check Check Availability

For extended stays we are happy to discuss a rate with you. Grandma's House is popular for short term accommodation, many stays are one to two weeks as the location and style of the house is so convenient for people travelling either for business or a holiday in Tasmania. Grandma's House accommodation is not suitable for young children.

Deposits

Please note that we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total booking fee to confirm bookings. This is payable at the time your booking is made.

Cancellations

Due to the popularity of Grandma's House we do require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to arrival should you wish to cancel your booking. Failure to to so may result in the loss of your deposit.
